Thunderbird 102 Mail merge add-on. I have installed Add-on, ensured it is enabled. Mail merge does not appear in Tools menu (or where it used to be in File menu)

Checked and re-checked it is installed and enabled. Worked fully in previous version, TB 68 (except minor issue with UTF-8 text encoding on CSV files sorted by using Windows-1252). Any help welcome!

It works fine. if you click to compose a message, it's right there at tools>mail merge.
