Cache clear leaves 10kb that won't go away
Previously cached web content would go to zero after I hit clear. Now it's been leaving 10 kb after I hit clear. Should I be worried? Is there a way to get it to go back to zero?

There is a way to get it to 0 but its kind of convoluted and 10kb isn't very much at all. Some users report it just working randomly, others say that running malware bytes made it work the next time they ran it. A couple things. I'm doing some research.
To answer your second to last question though, No, I wouldn't be worried. At worst, it's just some phantom data, 10kb isn't much at all. If I find more concrete answers I'll report back.

Do you see this content listed on the about:cache page?
You can open "about:" pages via the location/address bar
- "about:" is a protocol to access special pages
You can possibly clear the cache folder directly in the profile folder on the hard drive in the secondary 'Local' location.
Firefox uses two locations for the Firefox profile folder.
Location used for the main profile that keeps your personal data (Root Directory on about:profiles).
- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
Location used for the disk cache and other temporary files (Local Directory on about:profiles).
- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
