Not sure if this has been asked. I have Thunderbird Beta version 77.0b (32bit) and would like to change to the not Beta version in (64bit). I need to be able to retain all my emails, contacts, etc. Is this possible. Also in the beta version I am unable to install add-on importexporttool. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Clay S.

The ImportExportTools NG add-on isn't compatible with TB 77.

Uninstall TB 77 (won't affect your profile), install TB 68, but don't run it at the end of the setup. With TB closed, Windowskey+R, type thunderbird.exe -p --allow-downgrade to start Profile Manager. Select the profile that was run in 77; it may be named default or default-release. Click OK and see if your data appear.
