Especially happens when i didn't "hover" my mouse in the search or typing field while typing...

sometimes it is kind of annoying and disturbed my search, also when some sites need to press buttons without typing field.

In addition to the above :

To permanently disable the Quick Find bar :

3-bar menu => Options => General => under 'Browsing':

uncheck : 'Search for text when you start typing'

btw this how it looks

I can't tell if the 'hello' is in a Firefox field, or something the Google page is putting up.

I noticed a closing X on the far right. Try it.

Thank you for reply,

Unfortunately, closing X can only be applied temporarily... not just the google site, same applies to other ones i was hoping if i could remove it permanently...

nope, i was the one who wrote hello.. for testing btw!

It's not the Find bar,   but the Quick Find bar :   all you have to do is hit the   '/'   slash forward key   .....

When you either on purpose or accidentally hit the forward slash key, you'll bring up the Quick Find bar, which should disappear after a few seconds, but you can also hit the 'Esc' key to make it disappear.
