Did anything in this support article help (hopefully it was suggested as you submitted your question): Troubleshoot security error codes on secure websites.
Is that https:// and http://?
You won't get the error page for HTTP addresses, but many sites force HTTPS, so on those sites, you can't work around the issue by deleting the S.
