How do I list my e-mail accounts and their passwords

My Thunderbird remembers all my email accounts and their passwords better than I do. How can I list these accounts and the passwords for my record in case I need to re-establish access to them?

Help > Troubleshooting Information outputs a mass of data which includes all your account settings, server details etc. Preferences > Security > Passwords > Saved Passwords > Show Passwords lists all your stored passwords. You'd probably have to copy-and-paste from both outputs in order to get the information you want into a concise, usable form: I'm not aware of a simple way to get it with a couple of clicks.

Since you are using Windows, replace Preferences with Options in the string listed above. Preferences is a MAC thing.
