When I loaded my firefox this morning all my toolbars and bookmarked pages were gone. What happened to them? How do I get them Back?
When I started my firefox up this morning my toolbar and all my bookmarked pages were gone. I don't know what happened. I tried to follow the directions how to restore but there is no restore point. Why did I lose everything. I have it set for easy access. Someone please help me.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
Firefox profiles store your user data. In some cases, Firefox creates a second profile on your system. This means that your user data will not loaded, but it may still be safe in the original Firefox profile.
To see if you have two profile folders, please type %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ in the Windows run dialog. This will open the folder that contains your profiles.
If you have more than one profile listed in this folder, than we may be able to recover your data. How many profiles are listed?
Warning: At this point, please do not modify and of your profiles within the folder. Doing so could result in data loss.
