My forward message facility has disappeared, how do I retrieve it
I needed to forward a message I had saved in drafts but the facility for forwarding has suddenly disappeared Does anyone know of this problem?

You can only drop the button on the toolbar you right clicked to open the Customize dialog. Any other action will result in the forbidden icon you describe.

I presume you mean: click on 'Drafts' folder to see email. select email in list to view in lower Mesage Pane. the 'Reply. Forward', 'Archive', 'junk', 'Delete' buttons are not showing or some of them are there but not the 'Forward' button.
Right click in the header area on the right hand side above 'other Actions' and 'date' and click on 'Customise'.
Click on 'Restore default set' button - located at the bottom of the Customise Toolbar window. click on 'Done'.
This is Constance. I have this trouble. I found the "customized" and I found the item I need "forward as" but when I drag it there's a forbidden circle around it and it won't stay on the tool bar.

re : I found the item I need "forward as" but when I drag it there's a forbidden circle It must be dropped onto where the other buttons are located, not above in message list nor below in header area. The toolbar and buttons will be highlighted as a darker colour - that is where you drop it.
