I am using Ubuntu, Firefox and Mozilla... I think. The word processing program is Libre Office.

I have many saved files that were saved in Word before I made the transition from Microsoft.

I can't delete them, and I want to.

I also cannot figure out how to delete newly saved files. I cannot find the information in the Help area.

Firefox is a web browser. This is not a Firefox problem. Please refer to the Ubuntu forums for general help with your operating system.

Thank you, but I am not so saavy with the computer ... I tried the ubuntuforum and got lost and no answers. I don't know why it is so hard to figure things out with this system. I do know that since I left Microsoft, I had had relatively few to no viruses.

Something good.

I do appreciate the lead though.
