on IR I had a button on tools that allowed me to clear internet folders and cookies, how do I do that now?
On Internet Explorer in the tools drop down menu there was a button called internet options, where is it now?

You can do that this way in Firefox:
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
