How do I stop firefox from harasing me?
I personally think Firefox is the best browser. But I don't have admin privileges, so I cannot update my browser. How can I stop getting the harassing popups for UPDATE YOUR BROWSER, UPDATE YOUR BROWSER NOW! My mom wont let me update it. So how do I stop this?

Hi Deepcut,
Maybe it's only an optionin the settings.
- Go to Firefox > Settings > Settings
- Then go to advanced > tab update > choose "Do not search for updates"

Firefox ordinarily updates on a Windows computer even if the account is an ordinary account.
It is not my place to try to over-rule your Mom, but maybe it helps to show this article to your Mom
- (Do Not) Install an older version of Firefox
It is also worth pointing out that Firefox will update to Firefox 27 in a couple of weeks time.
