Opened Firefox this morning and all addon extensions & plugins including my Roboform password manager are gone. In tools, Addons, extensions and plugins everything is blank. How can this happen? I'm running Windows 7 64bit Enterprise and this version of Firefox automaticly upgraded when it came out and everything was accepted by this version when it installed. It has been running for sometime now.

Thank you,

hello jimmyboy01, this sounds like the files in your profile folder that store the information about your extensions might have become corrupted. please go to firefox > help > troubleshooting information > profile - show folder... then windows explorer should open up your profile folder. in there look for the files named extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite, extensions.sqlite-journal (and in some cases also extensions.txt, extensions.rdf). delete or rename those files and quit firefox, they will be regenerated the next time you launch firefox.

Thank you madperson for your reply. Subsequent to my post I uninstalled 17.0.1 and installed the latest version and in doing so everything came back. Thanks again,
