Your browser may be accessing the internet through a third party server, also known as a proxy.

To check Firefox's connection settings, check out the steps in this article: Server not found > Firefox connection settings | Troubleshooting | Firefox Help.

If your connection settings are normal, perhaps one of your add-ons is re-routing your traffic? A standard diagnostic step to check that is to try Firefox's Safe Mode.
First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)
Next, restart Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox using
Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
In the Safe Mode dialog, do not check any boxes, just click "Continue in Safe Mode."
If Firefox is back in your homeland, then I would be very suspicious of an add-on or custom setting. If you are still in Ukraine, hmmm, it could be some external software. See the next item.

You may want to run some supplemental security scans. These two tools are highly regarded:
Malwarebytes Anti-malware : http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free
SUPERAntiSpyware : http://www.superantispyware.com/
Any luck?
