I thought Firefox automatically converted docx files to Word. Nope.
When opening script attachments from my audition site, when I come on a .docx file, I have to have it converted to Word so I can print it out...and I thought F'fox did that automatically. I'm using Windows 7. I need something that will automatically or easily change .docx into Word or text. Any help? Thanks.

Hi,
For Firefox to recognize formats other than those related to web pages, you would have to install the plugin for the particular format. For previous Office versions, please see this. If MS Office is not installed on the system, installing LibreOffice may also help to open Office formats directly. The installed plugins would be listed in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Plugins.
