i cannot get my add-ons (Just one in appreances) to come back, it says ...All addons have been disabled by safe mode? how do i turn off safe mode?
My add-ons have been disabled, i can enable some but the most important ones will not let me becuase it says All add-ons have been disabled by safe mode? How do i turn off safe mode?

click File menu (in Windows XP) and then click Exit Start Firefox as you normally would.

Please mark "Solved" the answer that really solve the problem, to help others with a similar problem.
Make sure that you do not press the Shift key if you start Firefox.
It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the files extensions.* (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.
New files will be created when required.

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left side of the Search Bar (or click the "Find Updates" button in older Firefox versions) to do a compatibility check or see if there is a compatibility update available.
