when i downloaded 5 this is what happened see link .

It also happened when removed 5 and tried 4..

Open Firefox -> go to Help Menu -> select "Restart with Add-ons Disabled"

Firefox will close then it will open up with just basic Firefox and it should be ok. You can enable the Add-ons later. Check and tell if its working.
