how to organize bookmarks on firefox 4.0
Firefox 4.0 does not have an option to organize bookmarks. Am I missing something or you have neglected to have a command to organize my 1000+ bookmarks?

This is a real problem. There is no option to organize bookmarks
Orange Firefox Button>Bookmarks>Show all bookmarks>Organize etc.
Just a name change and a little runaround.
Use Show All Bookmarks from the Bookmarks menu on the Menu bar - exactly what your screenshot is showing.
