I lost my bookmarks when going to 4 where are they this is not acceptable

I upgraded to 4 and all my bookmarks are gone. I have no idea how to get them back. You should not have done this they should just get migrated. HELP

The bookmarks should have migrated, this link should help you recover them - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Lost+Bookmarks

the easiest way i found out how to restore your bookmarks is go onto the bookmarks tab, click on organize bookmarks, click on import & backup, click on restore & choose a date that is the oldest.
