We used Firefox version 3.6.8 all this year and everything worked great, web sites displayed properly. But since updating to Firefox 3.6.12, many web sites we use a lot (Amazon, TigerDirect etc) "order" pages and "my account" pages only display a very disjointed text-only, no graphics, no buttons. What is the reason?

Should we just uninstall 3.6.12 and revert to our saved Firefox 3.6.8 ? I thought there were necessary security features in 3.6.12 that we need to use, is that correct?

I have this problem, too, but it is random, with random websites.

The weird thing is when it does happen, it's only the initial time I go to that site. When it happens, I just F5 refresh, and the site always then comes up normally.

I had the same problem. It is not a browser issue as it was with any browser I tried. Amazon is issuing a certificate for that day. If your computer's date is off which mine was off about 7 months your pages will not load properly such as Amazon's "My Account". Change your computer's date to correct this problem.
