why do i get this pop up message: C:\users\owners\app data\roaming\mozilla\fir..\get plus plus_Adobe_reg.exe.
i cant print full e-mail messages because of what pops up every time i sign on to hotmail, print, or do online app.

That is a problem with the Adobe Download Manager (getplusplusadobe16287).
