can not get my email account a us.exg7.exghost.com set up in thunderbird

When trying to set up a new account, Thunderbird consults a database to make a best guess at the proper server settings. Lesser-known email providers may not be listed, in which case you will have to contact them to find out the correct settings, after which you can set up the account manually. I find little or no mention of an email provider called "exghost.com", and nowhere do I see that they have a help page that might list email settings. There seems be be no web site called "exghost.com".
