I purchased Fox VPN and it won't install Win 7
I purchased Firefox VPN back in Feb 2026 paid for 1 year subscription and it won't install on my Win 7 laptop

I believe you mean "Mozilla VPN" where it says you need Windows 10/11 (64-bit only) on https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/download/
Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium products. In order to get premium support from a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link.
