This PC was given a free upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 soon after purchase as a refurnished laptop from BestBuy. All drivers have a 10 prefix. Why are there no Windows 11 drivers with a 11 prefix?
This refurbished laptop was purchased from Best Buy in August 2022 with a Windows 10 OS. When a free upgrade was offered by Microsoft to Windows 11, it was accepted. Why are there no drivers with a version 11 prefix?

Not sure why you are asking about Windows 11 questions here when this community support forum is for Mozilla related products https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new including this section you posted this thread in is for desktop Firefox for Windows, macOS, Linux.
Windows 11 is basically based on same NT 10.0 and Windows 10 is. The latest Windows 11 release is 25H2 (10.0.26200.7462) and latest Windows 10 release is 22H2 (10.0.19045.6693) as you can see the same versioning with 10.0.x.x
