I want to update firefox

Your Firefox version on Windows 8 appears to be the old Firefox 62.0 as the Whatsapp web site is looking for Firefox 115 or newer.

https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/ then click on 64-bit or 32-bit Windows then language then [Download Firefox 115) to get the current Firefox 115.30.0esr for Windows 7, 8, 8.1.

Or If this is with Firefox on your phone (Android or iPhone) then this likely means your Firefox version on the phone is too old as the web whatsapp site wants users to have Firefox 115 or newer.
