in firefox how can i move the left and right arrows up under the file or edit words? also, how can move the + (new tab button) to the right of the tab itself please?

Those are the general Firefox browser defaults. Anything different from that would require Addon or 3rd party software to do those changes or userChrome.css edits to change from defaults.
