failure to download emails
A week ago I suddenly was unable to receive emails at the same time I was unable to sign into thunder bird. My e mail provider is working normally and I can get my e mails via a web login. I have now found that by starting up thunder bird in the safe mode, that it runs normally. including allowing me to log in. What should my next steps be to solve the problem? Thanks Terence

What add-ons are you using?
To identify a bad add-on you can try to disable all add-ons, and then re-enable them one by one until the problem occurs.
