Images won't display such as Thumbnails on Youtube or Ebay. Running latest version 72.0.1
This problem has been happening for a long time. I've tried suggestions everywhere I've seen, my latest was from this site, suggesting to go into about:config > dom.storage.next_gen and toggle setttings to 'False', but nothing changed. Is there a fix or would it be better to use a different web browser?

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
