Can't send tab to device and see synced tabs

Two days ago i realized that i can't send tab to other device that synced. I have several PC synced and one smartphone. "Send tab to device" option is disabled (gray colored) in contex menu of tab. When i try to send tab via "three dots" menu i see empty list of synced devices and "Syncing Devices..." message. It can last infinite.

What do you mean? Reinstall firefox and clear account folder?
