FireFox just launched the new version. Before I can just load chrome://fireftp/content/fireftp.xul without any issue. But now I can no longer load the page. Where or how can I use it now?

Looking at the developer's page (here) they have decided to stop support for this add-on and have recommended some alternatives.
Or rather you could use a proper FTP client such as the long running open source FileZilla FTP client (no relation to Mozilla). https://filezilla-project.org/
