not printing in mozilla but does from other browsers and applications. Tried everything in this page (checked firefox page settings, checked other browsers and printers, reset firefox printer setting, reset all firefox printer settings, changed the default font) https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox There was another site that mentioned about editing the "prefs" js file. It mentioned about lines that started with "print _ ". No lines started with that. There were some lines with "print_" within it but nothing else. we've also unistalled and reinstalled browser which works for a day and goes back to this issue. Other suggestions?
