This guy claimed to be representing Firefox and Mozilla customer service. I got his number off a browser search for your customer service number. He talked me into sharing my screen with support log me in rescue app. Was really rude when I asked why I had to pay him $25 just to ask him a question about speechify add on. Then when I asked to speak with his supervisor, he said Firefox and Mozilla supervisors will NOT speak with me. Please call me back 719.591-0762, my name is Trinh. Sincerely, Trinh

hi, like most other free software projects firefox doesn't provide any phone support - so whoever you called and spoke to was not part of mozilla, but an unrelated company (maybe tech support scam).
Avoid and report Mozilla tech support scams
