Been having issues for about a week. I upgraded and now the links in emails are not working. what is wrong?

WHen I scroll with mouse it duplicates the last window. maybe it will stop today bc this morning all my tabs that were open yesterday came back today! Its been crazy the past week. Will have to try my email links now.

this morning it opened the last 2 windows that I had opened maybe its a delay and I am clicking on the links a few times and nothing is happening?? then all the windows open up...something is not right...ugh

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

I still have this problem. Seems it waits about a minute before opening link. Its keeping the tabs,now, but very slow to react to any links... in emails and websites.
