Printing error fixed by resetting "print_printer", but comes back after one print

The first time I try to print something in Firefox, all I get is an error "ding". So I go into "about:config" and find "print_printer" which is set to "user string canon pro9000 II series" , I reset it to default, close about:config, and restart Firefox. Then I can print, but if I try to print something else, I get the ding again, and if I go back to about:config, the print_printer is back where it was.

Have you reset the presets in the Printer settings? ALso you can change the default settings from the File > Print menu as well.

I don't see any presets in either place you mention.
