How the hell do you contact your tech support?
Firefox kept crashing as 'non-responsive'. I deleted it and re-downloaded. Now it won't install when I click "RUN". It tells me that it can't create a temp archive file. How do I install a new version of Mozilla Firefox? Thanks.

Hi, any luck if you download and install the full firefox installer from the next link : https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ ?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
You may also have to disable your anti-virus software temporarily.
