this add on every time i remove it i restart it and i found it again i can't remove it , this add on cause lag in browsing cause of site that loading in back ground at every page it visit it even whin i enter to my apchi server at my PC

Does that extension have a Remove button on the "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" page?
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

it have uninstall button but after restart my pc it back again , i checked my pc from malwar but no thing and my anti virus works all time
You can check in "Windows Control Panel > Programs" for recently installed programs to see if anything from Conduit or any other suspicious software like Search Protect shows up.
