Is there any way to disable the placeholder for pip view like it was in old opera (second screenshot)? I used to stream the browser for others and watch the video in this mode, but now they doesn't see anything and pip quality is bad for streaming.

Switching to PiP moves the media player on the website to standalone PiP window. You can't have both open if that is what you intend to do.

Note that you can resize the PiP window and make it as large as you like. You can also use the main player and switch to full screen mode.
