Why does my license for Video Download Helper say License Locked Revalidating?

I purchased a license for Video Download Helper quite some time ago. It hasn't been working normally for the past 5 or 6 months. I notice that your sites says the "License is Locked - Revalidating". This probably has something to do with the app not working correctly. How do I get this situation resolved.

Please contact the developer of Video Download Helper for assistance with their add-on. That's not a Mozilla support issue.
