I keep Firefox logged in my desktop computer.

If I run any cleaner like CCleaner or any other cleaner in my computer, Firefox gets logged off.

How to fix it?

You likely have CCleaner clearing Firefox settings including Cookies. You should uncheck everything Firefox related in CCleaner as Firefox can clear it's own stuff just fine when you want to.
