Hi Mozilla Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Firefox browser on my Android phone. Some websites either don’t load at all or load partially (missing images, broken layout, or blank screen). These same websites work perfectly on Chrome and other browsers.

My Details:

Device: [Your device name, e.g. Samsung Galaxy A32]

Android Version: [e.g. Android 12]

Firefox Version: [e.g. Firefox 120.1.0]

Tried: Clearing cache, restarting phone, reinstalling Firefox

Still facing the issue on mobile data and Wi-Fi both

Is there any fix or setting I should check? Would really appreciate your help.

Firefox for Android Source : Play store Version : latest when I write this. Android version : 10 Website : facebook.com mobile view Issue : when I typing comment in any post, the page are automatically scrolling down, and keyboard keep come and gone, but not when I use web version(desktop version) I want to attach the issue in video but no option for that so, I just write this down Additional info: Installed extensions : Unlock origin and Dark reader, I try disable both but not fix the issue.

I need help with fixing certs I beleive were changed by an application. I found some files in an application I installed through another without fully looking at the extra packaged material. One seems to be a configuration file for CA certs and the other is a list of SSL certs taken from Mozilla that were included with the intent of editing trusted user certs. I now see the evidence of a Linux device using my Firefox. To me, that is pretty clear evidence that Shell was used for some connection. So, with that, I'm assuming the certs on my device are not correct, and need to be fixed. Please let me know what I can do for this and if there is any other information you can give me on how to find out more about what to do. Unfortunately, there are also files that seem to also change user to a fake user while they gain root as guest. Any additional information including removing and replacing all certs wouldbe very helpful. Im trying to get to a certain point of restricting access and making a move to alert the correct people in Github and a couple of others with/towards some of the files before I do any kind of reset as I am not fully sure how tainted the restore might be.

Firefox keeps crashing and loosing what I type on pages like this.

It happenst the most if you have to check another application or answer a call. But, it also does this when copying over passcodes from other applications to a webpage.

This frequently happens with the latest version on the Android mobile platform.

I didn't change any setting personally anf this has never had any issues until now.

Return the menu to original or give the option. T menu deactivates many addons, makes some inaccessible and useless. The new look and even less customization possibilitys than before, makes everything only more troublesome instead of easier. I have no use for firefox like this.

Hello. I want to download Your new version of Android Firefox? Why i must use site like apkmirror.com ? Why you have so big problem to use any FTP or any site on Your servers to take this packeges. Im saying about full version of public? Why topic about this from 2015 is close and thes links dont works? Sync was working great across multiple devices, which was the main reason to choose Firefox actually. Then, two days ago it just stopped. No device was syncing the tabs on the other ones. I had to add the devices again, losing all synced tabs in the process.

I have a lot of bookmarks and lot means A LOT OF. When I add any bookmark to a specific folder, then the list becomes a mess. I can't find any folder easily where I want to add new bookmark. It's so inconvenient and time-consuming. So, I request you to please address this issue and improve the bookmark section. I'll be very thankful to you.

I use Firefox Android and Bitwarden Password Manager.

When I try to generate a passkey for some website Firefox asks me for the device to store the passkey. The only suitable Option is "This Device". When I tap it, i am asked for authentification (Fingerprint). After Authentification the website gives me a success message and the whole process is complete but the passkey isn't stored anywhere.

In every other browser on android I am asked for the entry in Bitwarden where the passkey should be stored. On windows this works with Firefox

Is it intended to work only when passkeys are stored in Firefox itself? At least a hint that it doesn't work with external Password Managers would be helpful - lost passkeys are a pain

Every time Firefox updates, the settings I have (eg. Address bar on bottom, no stories on homepage) are erased and set to default. It's been happening for the last year.

In the last few weeks I noticed weird things happening with the keyboard open. The problem is that my screen gets covered by massive grey bar, sometimes it leaves a tinly slit like in the first two screenshots, sometimes it's all grey and I can't see what I'm typing. Everything seems to work underneath because as soon as I hide the keyboard my text is there like nothing happened. Last screenshot shows the extra grey bar on the top of the screen that's not there in any other app but Firefox and it's probably related (it's the same grey that covers the entire screen when keyboard is on the display). One more thing I didn't catch on screenshot is the address bar - sometimes when I type what I want, press "go" keyboard goes down but the address bar doesn't, it stays in the middle leaving the infamous grey space below. All I need to do is tap on the address bar to show they keyboard, tap elsewhere and keyboard goes out, address bar goes down.

It happens only in Firefox for most webpages, never in any other app, it does happen in private tabs as well, with no addons. Everything is updated to their newest versions, I reintalled the app as well - no results. Am I the special one because I can't se anyone else complaining about it?
