Hi, I'd love some help with this issue please. I have just bought a new Surface laptop and enabled sync from my desktop. But many of the bookmarks and none of the bookmark folders came across. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox but with the same result. I have an old Surface laptop that the new one is replacing and the syncing has worked perfectly on that. Any help would be really appreciated. Cheers, Graham

I recently refreshed Firefox. When I re-opened the program, I was logged out. I successfully logged back in, but despite saying I'm "synced", none of my settings (themes, passwords, bookmarks, etc.) are showing up, even after waiting 30 minutes. Typically sync has taken a few seconds for me. FYI, this is on my work computer and I don't have administrator access, so I would prefer a solution (if possible) that does not require an uninstallation or installation (which I cannot do without contacting an administrator). I am trying to sync my iPhone to my laptop, but the app on iPhone just buffers. Ive tried several times and don't know what the problem is.

its a brand new iPhone 15 and my laptop is in good working order. I have internet connection so I'm lost. Please advise me when you have time.

I synced my phone and my laptop and all of my bookmarks, some that I've had for years, are all gone. I used the same email but updated the password and now I don't have any of my bookmarks. My browser history for the past week or so is still intact. I just don't understand why my bookmarks are gone.
