I have using firefox proudly from very early. But recently i have a big big problem with you new update. I am a software engineer and i need to develop various kind of software, but firefox last update 130.0 give me so much trouble. marquee tool not working my latest firefox update. So, There's this website called pw.live and I use it for study purposes. And I've recently switched to linux and installed firefox. But that website loads but any videos or live streams don't. Even though it works perfectly fine on Windows version of firefox.

I tried to search about this and it may be because the content is DRM protected. I'm just speculating though it may be broken for some very different reason. I also looked into solutions to fix DRM related issues. And found some solutions but the plugin Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc. just doesn't exist in the plugins tab. There is only "OpenH264 Video Codec" there. And I think that might be the problem.

Hello, Firefox lagged out and next thing I know - the scroll wheel doesn't scroll the page and instead goes back/forward a page. When I tried to look for a solution I discovered that other keys don't act as usual too, for example 'f' opens the 'file' tab on top, 'e' opens edit etc., but none of them type. Tried looking in the settings, but didn't find anything that could help. Thanks in advance!

Dear colleagues:

I have made a page with a stack of z-indexed .heic images. The viewer clicks (jQuery) on the top image to reveal the next.

The page is local, not online. I'm on a Mac mini 2018, OS Ventura 13.6.1, Firefox 13.0.

Safari renders the operation correctly. Firefox fails to load the .heic images. Chrome also fails to load the images.

Any suggestions welcome. My 83yo brain sometimes misses things. cheers Chris

Dzień dobry, Napotkałem dzisiaj dziwny problem. Nie wiem od czego on zależy, ale to mało istotne, najbardziej zależy mi na przywróceniu zakładek. Już raz miałem podobny problem, ale przymknąłem na to oko i zacząłem ustawiać wszystko od nowa i machnąłem ręką na zakładki. Teraz po raz kolejny mam ten sam problem. Włączyłem laptopa (był w uśpieniu), miał już włączoną przeglądarkę i jakieś dwie karty (nic nadzwyczajnego), chciałem jeszcze coś wyszukać otworzyłem więc nową kartę, wpisałem co tam chciałem w pasku wyszukiwania i nic... ładuje się bez końca, włączam kolejną kartę i to samo po wpisaniu czegoś innego. Wróciłem na te pierwsze dwie karty otworzone już wcześniej, one działały normalnie. Więc sobie pomyślałem że jak wyłączę przeglądarkę i włączę ponownie to zadziała... Nic bardziej mylnego. Wyłączyłem, i klikam tam gdzie zawsze włączam żeby ją uruchomić. Wyskakuje błąd że skrót jest w innym miejscu czy coś takiego. Na pulpicie jest jakby plik podpisany jako Firefox ale bez ikonki (jest tylko ikona pustej kartki), na pasku zadań już ikonka była ale błąd ten sam. Wpisałem więc w pasku zadań Firefox wyskoczył mi instalator, zainstalowałem ponownie, i przeglądarka w tym momencie działa ale nie mam wcześniejszych zakładek. Zalogowałem się na konto Firefox ale przywróciło mi jakieś bardzo stare zakładki (nie te co miałem ostatnio). Proszę o pomoc w przywróceniu tych zakładek które miałem jeszcze kilka godzin temu, oraz ewentualnie o wyjaśnienie przyczyny takiego problemu.bold text

I cannot seem to find what it is called, but only web design related stuff to scrolling.

I'm looking to change the behavior of scrolling bar, that lets me click a point and the page stops at that point, whereas right now, it keeps scrolling to the end/top of the page (based on the direction relative to the starting point). I find the behavior pretty annoying and something that used to be done by the buttons on either end point.

Is this a relic of the past or can i opt-in to it through the config

We have a job that runs every hour pinging a service. From 28th of August each hour we recieve several error emails.

Every querry that is re run completes normally. We can not figure out what the issue is.

We have checked everything on our side.

I'm totally fed up with this! I got this particular one trying to go to Amazon via a link from search but it's happening constantly with links from search and from other sites that I'm on. I am on Amazon a lot. I don't know what this behavior is, where it's coming from, why it's happening, or how to stop it. I'm at the point of just uninstalling Firefox because of it. I've tried the common fixes such as clearing cache and cookies as well as all saved data and it still persists. Firefox has been my default browser for a very long time but if this can't be stopped permanently, I'm done with it!

Only way I can gain access is through my stand alone computer. I no longer have a hand-held computer. So can we work through our problem via my computer. Otherwise, I don't know what to do. Hi, I have always used my Firefox browser to access my bank accounts, one being my private account and the other for my company account. I noticed however last week that I could not log in to my company account but I had no problem logging in to my private account. I contacted the bank ( Handelsbank in Sweden) who were surprised but said that this problem may occasionally arise with the Firefox browser. (However it has never happened before to me over the last 10 years!) Is this a temporary glitch or do I have to switch to another browser?!

None of these however work - i.e. I cannot access the next step!

I tried first time ever to download and install Firefox to access Intesasanpaolo Home banking.

when clicking in "Accesso Clienti" link under the intesasanpaolo.com, the usual authentication form does not display. Instead I get a weird graphical message error that seems to say "EOAC" (see attachment)

The same website Chrome is correctly operating.

Tried to unblock all cookies but did not help. anyone can suggest some workaround do this situation?

The other day I accidentally pressed a keystroke that changed a Firefox setting, and now it thinks I'm on a mobile device/displays sites in mobile view where possible by default. This has persisted despite restarts of the browser and the computer and has been happening since Sunday (Australian time). I've tried opening the Responsive Design dev tool and I've sent screenshots to a techsavvy friend (I'm totally blind and use a screen-reader, so couldn't tell this was happening until I tried to use a site that had a radically different layout in mobile view), and aside from not seeing an exit button or a switch to change device mode, he couldn't tell what was going on.

I'm stuck and need help! I would like to unmobile my Firefox!
