Hi, I've been a Firefox user for many years and don't have the slidest idea of what password I used to setup the account. I read in the Firefox documentation that I could loose all my information if I change my email but that's exactly what I need to do. I currently use gmail and have switched to Outlook. Two questions, how do I change to Outlook without loosing bookmarks, etc. and can I import my gmail accounts into Outlook. Thank you in advance. PS, I created a Recovery Key

Hi, I am trying to save my most important Bookmarks as Shortcuts in Firefox Homepage, but Firefox is not showing the icons of the shortcuts, instead it is showing as Letters of the site. Please refer the image that I have attached. Incase if the image in the attachment fails, use this link Do note that the icons in bookmarks bar are showing fine, but the problem is only in Homepage shortcuts. Following a Mac rebuild, I decided to use a different e-mail for my Firefox profile, then tried to move all my bookmarks over. I tried both backup and HTML export from my old profile (on a separate machine, copied to the rebuilt machine) but restore from that file failed ("Unable to process the backup file.") and the HTML import seemingly did nothing - the operation completed without error but nothing changed. Any suggestion on how to get the bookmarks moved over?

When I want to drag and drop a tab into a folder of the bookmark toolbars, I can't do it for some folders.

Specifically, it doesn't work for folders that are somewhat in the area of the tab preview animation that pops up when I start dragging the tab. So that is not the same folders every time, it depends on the tab location in the tab bar.

I'm in troubleshooting mode. Firefox 100, just updated, but bug was there before. Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Fire Fox no longer appears on the menu bar. I have to go to programs and open it each time I want to use Fire Fox. It will appear on the menu bar as long as I have it open but leaves the bar if I close it.

Hi My browser updated to latest version 100.0.1 but all my opened tabs are missing. And what is more important all my sync bookmarks are also gone. I can note restore any of sync data.

Recently got a new PC with Windows 11 and since I downloaded Firefox the shortcut of CTRL+Shift+O will not open the bookmark manager. Does the same on Opera GX and Chrome. Not sure if I did something wrong in the PC settings but nothing I've tried has fixed the problem

Windows auto-updated and my bookmark toolbar disappeared

I still see all of my bookmarks in the "Bookmarks" list, but none of them appear across the top of my screen, where they usually are and I can't put them back.

Firefox (10.0002 64-bit) is bookmarking every single page I visit, making the bookmarking function useless to me. I just noticed this problem recently. Someone posted a similar question in 2016:

He seemed to think the problem was related to an app -- but someone else posted to that question and they did not have any new apps. Nor do I. I haven't knowingly installed any apps to Firefox in the last year.

Can someone please tell me how to stop the bookmarking function from booking pages automatically without my input?

I KEEP HITTING ALTERNATIVELY :"dismiss" and "delete from history" but some i have to do it 40 0r 50 times before it stops popping back up

I had a format on my computer and then I tried to log into Firefox but forgot my password, so I changed it. Now I cannot recover any of my bookmarks. Is there any way to have them back?
