Firefox has for quite some time always located the urlbar/address/megabar in the navbar level. One cannot move the urlbar to another location via *customize toolbar*.....one CAN move the *search bar* option..... Since this seems to never have been done what script is needed to be in place to move the urlbar? I've come across many other custom stylesheet scripts to alter the vertical height, width, icon, but nothing on relocating it.

I take it that the script would begin with #urlbar

thx

For some time now, whenever I would try to download any kind of file from the web, it wouldn't do anything and it would just show a .part file in the downloads folder. The same type of file (i.e. jpg) would be able to be downloaded from certain sites but not from others.

At one point I though it might be an OS problem, but the issue wouldn't be replicated in other browsers (Chrome/Safari)

Recently, I tried once more fixing this and by disabling the "Always ask where to save" I was able to download anything from anywhere again, but only to the downloads folder.

Hello,

I Created a few weeks ago a custom theme for my own personal use (Not uploaded to WEB). I exported it from Firefox myself and fully tested that it could be loaded as is custom when I create something. Unfortunately I had a system crash and have had to reinstall software & apps including FireFox. I am using exactly the same version of firefox as before and all the same identical plug-ins. I know on some ocassions issues can be caused with different versions of the same software. There for I have made completly sure that I have installed all same versions as before.

I always get error when trying to load my theme. I know the file is not corrupted as I mentioned I had tested it.

The error that is displayed is as follow.

about:addons This add-on could not be installed because it appears to be corrupt.

As I mentioned above I know the file is not corrupt. Can someone please help as I would like to do this locally not via the WEB or Firefox addon's site.

After the last update of Firefox or perhaps Windows or perhaps a combo, all my pages demand me to login again. That’s fine but usually I do it once until the next updates and usually never at all. One page demanded I post a comment as a guest even though I was logged in with my account. I cleared the cache and cookies for that site and later for the whole cache etc. I checked the settings and for some reason “clear history when Firefox closes” was checked. WHY?? I love my history and would never do that… I unchecked it and restarted Firefox and my laptop. The same bug still happens for some websites. For example: I use WeatherCloud for my home station and I reload the page in the morning to update the “date” setting. That page made me login in again and never did once before in 2 years. My bank did the same thing.

Hi, in windows 10, while I am launching Firefox - if it does not exist yet - a new read-only file is created on the Desktop. This file was created time ago by myself (so its name does not matter much and it contains only a small empty branch). I can't delete it as far as I don't have the rights to do it. I tryied used cmd console and powershell to fix it, but nothing works fine. I run my antivirus, no more result. Tried to trash this file using external programs, same issue. Tryied to change the rights of that file, to reinstall completly FF, nothing seems to be useful. Possible way to solve it : I clean up my C: last week because I wanted more space and a better organization (moment from which that problem began). It is like Firefox was needing a file in the Windows tree and as he couldn't find it, he creates it because he need that this file exists. Regards

My MacOS is 10.13.6 (cannot go higher on this machine). Since update to 15.119.0esr, embedded map graphics are no longer showing. The map graphic sub-window instead shows "Sorry, we have no imagery here" in several places across the map. I am getting the same for multiple websites, including the location maps in Zillow.com . Google Maps works fine, and I think the problem is isolated to maps embedded in pages. Did not have this issue last week, prior to updating to 15.119.0esr. This is SO BAD that if it's not fixable, I want to revert to 15.118...

I use containers to segregate cookies amongst specific groups as I desire, further, I use the Mozilla Multi-Account Containers extension so i can sync these containers across devices and clear cookies for individual containers. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be any way for me to clear the cookies of all my non-containerised browsing. In Firefox settings, I can clearly see that I can clear ALL my data, but I only want the data that has been used when I select "No container" for a new tab to be cleared. I am unsure if this is a missing feature or I am just unable to find it.

In the images provided you can see that you can manage your containers with this add-on and clear the storage and cookies for individual containers, however, this list lacks the "No Container" (which I guess is a container of its own) and the general firefox clear storage and cookies menu clears everything, including my containerised storage and cookies.
