Is there a program to fix firefox after an up date as it now can't browse.. Or is the answer go to Opera. As there seems to be no answers on here. Firefox has been good up until this year as every time it update it has problems or removes most of my stuff I use daily. I have been on my pc for over 3 hours trying to find how to fix it.

My library does not show its contents. MacOSx Catalina, Firefox.

I can see the list of contents in the left side (icon Chat with PDF). But when I open ‘my library’ (upper right), this page opens but there is nothing in it. If I click ‘load more files’ still now show my content.

It worked well until 2 days ago. Now, its impossible to read papers that I have uploaded.

If I use Safari, everything is okay: I can see the list of contents and the contents. In Firefox, I can see the list, but not the contents.

In the last few days, Firefox has stopped remembering tabs that were open when re-opening following Windows re-boot or other closure. This is frustrating. Other browsers (Chrome and Edge) both remember all tabs/windows that were previously opened.

Why has this suddenly started happening and how can it be resolved? I have gone through the advice given 2 years ago on one similar question, and all the configurations are in order.

I keep a large number of tabs open but occasionally go through them and close the ones I'm no longer interested in (with the X next to the entry in the tab bar). However when I then close firefox and restart firefox they are all back in the tab bar. This is relatively new behavior, perhaps a few weeks.

How can I fix this.

The initial grid of targets used to be most of the width of my display, but now it is only the middle third.

What setting has changed and how do I set it back?

I have Firefox as my main web browser for many years. Yesterday, I couldn't open the browser. It instead creates crash report.

I have Dell desktop Intel Core i7-6700 CPU 3.40Ghz, 16 GB RAM

I use Windows system (Windows 10 Home).

I hate to remove and reinstall Firefox browser as I have saved many usernames, passwords, and websites.

Could you help me fixing the issue?

After clearing my Firefox cache with third-party software, the icons for website shortcuts on the Firefox Home page revert to the default icon (as shown in the image I uploaded). This is expected, as clearing the cache includes removing those saved websites icon.

To restore the actual website icons, I need to visit each specific site. My question is: is there a way to update these icons without having me to open each website in a new tab manually?

fellas my Firefox extensions wont show the drop down menu anymore it just opens a new page/tab. but on my laptop i can select the extensions for example i can open a new container with the container extension on my laptop but not on my PC

The only way I can use the Firefox browser is if I disconnect my Firewall on my Macbook with the macOS Sequoia 15.0 installed. On Oct 2 I received an update for my Firefox browser & it solved the problem, however today, Oct 3, the problem has occurred again where I have to disconnect my Firewall. The solution that I use at the moment is to change to another browser (Safari) which is not really what I want. How can I correct this problem or can you help?
