I am using Firefox 128.5.0esr (64-bit) on Debian 12. This is the browser that comes installed with the system. Recently, an offline translation feature was added to Firefox. In settings, you can download various languages. I would like to know where language models for offline translation are stored. The downloaded languages I want to copy to another computer without internet connection so that I can use the offline translation on this computer.

right click save image as not working in ancestry, but works on other websites. Has always worked on Ancestry in the past. Just rejoined Ancestry & now not working

I do not seem to be able to connect using PureVPN. Their Helpdesk advise me to sign into Chrome or Edge, neither of which do I wish to do. I wish to stay with Firefox. However, I am also a 'recipient' of the latest Windows 10 (so-called) upgrades, so it may not be anything to do with you guys. Can you help, please? Cheers, Mike Courtnadge

I reinstalled windows yesterday. When I installed firefox and signed it, everything was fine. However, this morning, it seems to have removed 80% of my bookmarks. When I try to restore from the bookmarks yesterday, it just gives me the ones that I have this morning. I had tons and tons of resource bookmarks for my work that would be almost impossible to re-find in some cases due to the current state of search engines. Is there any way to salvage them? It seems like sync believes they never existed, but it DID sync them yesterday??? Please help.

Hi today i started getting a pop up saying "Extension storage is full. Please delete some unsubmitted segments in the options." when browsing websites that require more "resources" like youtube for example. Does anyone know how to fix it ? I have tried looking it up but no relevant results came back.

I have not been working for a while this is because I have been recently been told I have Altzimers and I don't have long to live. At the moment My head is not thinking as it shouldn't be and is all over the place . My signup for the original orders was accompanied with the payment for 1 years subscription. then I was blocked by yourselves(which I managed to clear) Then you kept sending me a message that was the same as the previous one I got so fed up I paid again.But the message started again and eventually I paid again. I managed to get a contact address and contacted you by email. All I can do in the short term is to Get the details of payments and send it to you and hope we can sort it out.

I am trying to access certain HTTPS websites and some of them show PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR in Firefox. This error is not present in Edge or Chromium.

Here's what I've tried (none of these works):

• DNS over HTTPS turned off
• Uninstall all add-ons
• Reinstall Firefox
• Create new profile and set it as default
• Delete/rename certs.db in the Firefox profiles folder.

The only fix that works is to use Troubleshoot Mode every time I visit these websites which is not practical. Any ideas on what could be the problem?

Hello Mozilla, I have a Lenovo G700 laptop with the WINDOWS 7 Pro operating system My browser is Firefox 115.19.0 (see file Firefox.jpg) During the security check in online banking I am told that the browser is out of date (see firefox2.jpg) But I can only update the version and it says "Firefox is up to date" What's wrong with that?

Hi, With ctrl+maj+del, you are able to delete everything cache cookies and such.. but is it possible to delete everything but speed dials or at least pinned speed dials ?

Every day something changes on my laptop - I am not in charge. Everthing is taken out of my hands - I do do want that. I suppose that is another world - like yesterday. CHANGE IS SO FAST - it is in human - like AI !!!! Robots will have no need of humans tomorrow!

I wanted to use DoH (dnsforge.de) under “maximum protection”, but with one exception: I would like Ecosia.org to be able to place ads for me, because I am convinced of Ecosia and want to support this project. Tested this with Cloudflare as well, setting up an exception here does not work either.

Now the exception set in Firefox has no effect. It should not be due to the DNS provider, because Ecosia.org is not blocked and has even been whitelisted.

What is the expected behavior of the “maximum protection” setting?
