My Home page is a local HTML file featuring a CSS-based tabbed notebook holding links organized into various categories. When exiting FF, I always have this page as the active browser tab, so that on start-up it's still the active one in the event of multiple open browser tabs.

Until v151.0.4 (and still now with v152.0), if I exited FF with the active notebook tab (actually a styled radio button under the hood) in my CSS tabbed notebook something other than the first/leftmost tab, FF would restart with that being the active tab, but after a few seconds of CPU activity as the browser initialized the active notebook tab would switch to the first/leftmost one. (In my HTML I also have <input type="radio" name="tabs" checked> specified for this first/leftmost instance.)

Since the update, however, it remains stuck on the one from the last browser session as first displayed. I suppose I can live with this, but I do wonder what accounts for the change in behavior. If it's by design, where is it documented? If not ... maybe it calls for a bug report.

I am a subscriber to Mozilla Relay that includes the "Phone Mask". I believe I correctly configured everything ages ago, but am feeling VERY FRUSTRATED whereby I am trying to purchase tickets for a local event and the SMS code (that expires in 15 seconds) sent to my mozilla phone mask is NOT getting to my iPhone. Isn't there an end-to-end test you all have to track down misconfigurations or other issues?

when i first logged into my firefox account from my new pc it worked but it didnt have any data like cookies bookmarks passwords i thought i might have logged into a account i dont use but when logged into a alt email i have those didnt have any data either so i deleted the alt account i accidentally opened i logged back into my normal account and shut down my computer since i wanted to leave it for another day

i remembered that i had my firefox account opened on my laptop so i decided to give it another shot turns out i was right the first time with the first email it just didnt sync well when i opened my new computer i saw that i was logged out of my account i tried to sign back in but it kept popping up with the same error every time "unexpected error" since then ive tried countless ways to log back in but it just doesnt seem to work any help would be appreciated

Can the quantity of tabs ever get so large that finally one more tab wont open? What are the max count of tabs recommended, and when should they be removed to start over?

Firefox 152.0, latest Windows 11 25H2 update on HP TP01-1036. I have tried just about all the AI fix suggestions but nothing works to fix the following problem:

When viewing the Yahoo.com News page, I scroll vertically down to see each article...one after the other. When I come to an article I want to read, I left click it. The article opens within the present tab and is closed by clicking the red "X " at the upper right hand corner of the article; which in turn, returns me to were I was before opening the article. However, eventually, after a few articles are read, when closing an article, the cursor will jump back to the page's first article instead of bringing me back to where I left off on vertical arrangement of the news articles'? This has been happening for around the last one to two weeks. Nothing else seems to be out of wack.

on some sites, when I try to sign in I have entered my login information, but when I hit enter or submit for instance bigfishgames.com nothing happens. When I am on my Drs portal after I have entered pages of information and hit submit, again it does not get accepted. Soooo, I have to leave firefox and go to a different browser. Any help would be greatly appreciated, it is very frustrating when this happens. It is so frustrating that even though I have been on Firefox for many years I am thinking about using a different browser.

I have only one default profile in my Firefox account, and I have stored a large number of passwords and bookmarks in this default profile. For certain reasons, I signed out of this profile while retaining the local data such as passwords—meaning that, apart from not being logged in, my browser state remains exactly the same as before. Now I wish to sign back in to enable synchronization. I can see a "Sync and Save Data" button prompting me to log in. After clicking this button, I am asked to enter my username and password, but then I receive a message stating that I have reached the account limit for this profile, and that this profile was previously synced to another account. This is absurd, as I do not have another account, nor have I ever synced this profile to any so-called other account. As a result, I am unable to sign in on this current profile.

Firefox did an update today and the firefox VPN option disappeared, there is no option in settings or the menu for the VPN any longer.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where the built-in Firefox VPN feature has completely disappeared from my browser interface. I cannot see the icon on the toolbar, and the feature is not active. Could you please clarify if this feature has been geo-restricted or temporarily disabled for certain regions, or if there is another hidden preference I need to modify to restore it? I have been using my userchrome.css for many years.

However, now Firefox ignores css style for all menu backgrounds after upgrading to v152.

However, now all my menu backgrounds (e.g File, Edit, Bookmarks, etc, see attached screenshot) are black with a see through background.

I would like to return to my original menu settings backgrounds. How do I do it please?

I installed Firefox Developer Edition and I am having the following issues, whenever I go to Indeed and I go to a job posting the browser opens up additional tabs without my permission or me doing so. Also the browser does the same in Canvas when I go to my course the browser automatically opens up new tabs without my permission and also me doing so. The Firefox Developer Edition browser update is Firefox Developer Edition is up to date 152.0b7 (64 bit). The following extensions are installed AdBlocker Ultimate, FoxyProxy Basic, Ghostery AdBlocker For Privacy, Malwarebytes Browser Guard, Privacy Badger, and UBlock Origin. This behavior got super annoying and I don't know how to fix it. Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated. My operating system is Windows 11.

Some homepages would not come thru it is the same as i can connect to from my win10 computer without problems If you see bad spelling, i have tried to add on English langugare, bur it does nor work
