I’m seeing a layout and font spacing issue in Firefox that doesn’t appear in Chrome or Edge. The page loads, but some elements shift after render and text spacing looks off.

I’ve tested in a private window, disabled extensions, and cleared cache, so it doesn’t seem profile-related. Any suggestions on what Firefox settings or DevTools checks might help?

Unable to copy text from Firefox browser. This includes copying from the body of a webpage, webpage URL in the address bar and "about:support" Troubleshooting information.

Behaviour: When copying the selected text, nothing is pasted. When cutting the text, (text is removed where possible ie address bar, or text fields), nothing is pasted.

I am able to paste from a different program into Firefox ie from Notepad to Firefox.

Attempted fix: I have tried refreshing Firefox. Problem persists.

Please assist.

Firefox will not download files. It fails every time me I try. I refreshed Firefox, but that did not fix the problem. Downloads work every time with MS Edge. Please help. Thank you.

I have disabled and removed any and all VPN's from my main unit. I have reloaded Firefox and cleaned the registry. Still getting the message and am unable to display images. Any ideas?

I have lost all bookmarks on a new laptop. Recently added C Cleaner and did a scan. That may have caused the problem. But, now I cannot recover the bookmarks, nor can I save new bookmarks. The version of Firefox on my android phone has the bookmarks. I can see them. But, I do not see a way to sync the devices and import the data to my laptop.

since the newest Firefox update, i got today (16.09.25), the audible cloudplayer doesnt work anymore, meaning it wont load the audiobook! I emptied the cache, but nothing changed. I tried the audible cloudplayer with Windows Edge and it works fine, so it is a Firefox specific problem. I granted all websides access to audio and media automatic replay, nothing changed. The cloudplayer doesnt work! So my question is: What else is interfering in Firefox with the loading of the player? Thank you so much in advance for your help :) Yours sincerely David

i have lost my Bookmarks folder and the bookmark function no longer works, since recently restarting. CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO RECOVER THE LOST BOOKMARKS OR HELP ME WITH THE ACT OF BOOKMARKING?

The MetaMask browser extension is extremely slow and unresponsive when used in Mozilla Firefox. Actions such as opening the wallet, switching networks, approving transactions, or interacting with dApps take a long time or freeze temporarily.

This issue occurs only in Firefox. MetaMask works smoothly and as expected on other browsers (for example, Chromium-based browsers) and all other websites and browser extensions load and function normally in Firefox. This suggests the problem is specific to the MetaMask add-on behavior within Firefox rather than general browser performance.

Lag while opening the extension

Poor user experience when interacting with dApps

I have tried so many times to reset my Mozilla Firefox account password to no avail, using my Account Recovery Key, which I stored in LibreOffice Draw on my computer. The so many times that I tried, the error that comes up is: "Invalid account recovery Key", no matter how many codes are sent for me to rest my password. Please, rectify the problem as to why a correctly stored 32 characters Account Recovery Key is not working for me to reset my password. Regards

I have lost my passwords on my desktop. I still have them on my mobile. I am currently logged on to Mozilla on my Desktop. If I log on to Mozilla on my mobile and select "Synch" how can II ensure that the mobile passwords replenish those on the Desktop and not vice-versa?

In version 146.0.1, or perhaps even earlier, I noticed that if you set a Primary Password to log in to the browser, you can reset it and log in simply by clicking the "Cancel" button. This allows you to access all of your user tabs and links. I hadn't noticed this before. It defeats the purpose of setting a Primary Password. I noticed similar issues in the Tor browser, but you can't set a Primary Password there at all, even though the feature is there, and it's built on the Fire Fox engine. Please fix this issue. No buttons should allow you to log in without entering the correct Primary Password.

My bookmarks have disappeared. The solutions do not seem to work. It may be due to Avast Secure Browser trying to take over. Will they come back if I uninstall that?
