Dear Sir/Madam

After the update toFirefox 145, I lost all my Passwords. The Firefox/Mozilla account keeps showing me that my password for login is incorrect when it correctively saved on my computer, and I have wrriten it down in my notebook.

Unsure which 'topic' deletion applies to. All of a sudden I am unable to add or delete from my bookmarks and I think I may not be able to delete anything anywhere else either. Why has this occurred, suddenly, and how can I fix it without hiring an IT pro? I have been using Firefox as a browser for over twenty years and this has never happened before. I am using Windows 10 and Firefox 146.0.1. Thanks, James.

You guys keep hijacking my browser and stopping all my work on a near weekly basis. Shutting down my ability to work on projects and stopping my browser from functioning in the middle of use. I can't even pay bills without you guys interrupting my browser with your bullcrap.

This is unacceptable. I've gone through great lengths trying to stop you from hijacking my browser. I installed a policy generator and followed the instructions to put a policy in. I uninstalled Firefox's background updater tool. I disabled automatic updates in the settings to the best of my ability.

I've gone through everything I can think of trying to stop your forced updates. Its unethical what Mozilla is doing to its users. I even tried to lock policies with admin only authorizations but firefox couldn't read the file anymore when I did that. I did confirm today that the policy file was still working, when Firefox ignored it and shut down my browser till I restarted it. I confirmed that Firefox is blatently ignoring policies.

I just checked and Background Maintnence was installed again when I didn't want it. You're now installing software against my will too? What the hell is going on.

i have no sound in firefox ,while other applications and edge or chrome give me normal sound.It ia no muted ,checked the volume mixer everything should be working but no sound

Early this morning as I went to use the Firefox browser, on My Desktop, I got an update, & then firefox opened, somewhat.

The homepage did not fill in with favorites, suggestions, etc, and in fact all that did load was the Search bar, but not one of my usual website buttons. The "edit", "help", etc. buttons at the upper left hand corner did load, but that is all. Not one of the buttons work, nor can I close out the Firefox page, by tapping the "X" in the upper right hand corner.

The only way that I could close out the "Firefox Page" was by going through the "Control/Alt/Delete" & then "Signing Out", which would initiate a "Re-start". Once I signed in, I could return to the Desktop, where everything works.

I use Firefox as my Browser on my Android phone, & at this moment, I've not had any problems using Firefox on my Cell Phone.

The only way that I could get to the Mozilla Website was by using the Microsoft Edge Browser, which is not giving me any problems as far as accessing the Internet!

How can I correct this problem, & go back to the Firefox Browser?

My bookmarks side bar font changed color from black to white, how do I get it back to black?

I can't seem to find where the font color is available to change colors.

Firefox private browsing keeps pinning to taskbar. I keep "unpinning" it, and it re-appears. I use multiple desktops, and when I change desktops it re-appears.

I went into browser.privateWindowSeparation.enabled, and set it to false, and yet this still happens. Also tried browser.privateWindowSeparation.enabled, and setting it to false.

Firefox version 146.0.1 (64-bit).

This never happened before a recent update, but I'm not sure which one.

I did the required up date a few days ago, and completely lost my Bookmarks....both on my toolbar and the "other Bookmarks"....

I have always used Firefox as my default, but now am at a loss, and am having to use Chrome. I have Windows 11 installed, so I am totally confused and shocked that this has happened to me.

when i restarted firefox as requested, bookmarks displayed across top of screen were gone. the suggested fix was no help. Said cause was a FF file was in use. It implies i have Win10. I have Win11. **************

My firefox is on the latest version and up-to-date but will not access my home router which l normally us ip address. When trying to acess in edge works with no issues I am using windows 11 and all ok but wish to use Firefox And the IP adress is corect Can you advise

I have messenger loaded but with Firefox i can not video call when i want to call a friend or family. I have no way to call any one i do have a web cam. do i need to go to Chrome every time i want to call. Messenger has stopped desktop messenger that was how i could call but now i can not is there some way to Facebook video call on Firefox please let me know thanks I want to stay with Firefox why is there no way to get video calls on Facebook??

I keep receiving a popup seeming to be from McAfee security regarding a virus on my computer. It isn't from that security firm. The ad locks my system till I shut off and restart my computer. This is very annoying and occurs on all installed browsers. Is there anything I can do about this annoying thing?

On a few sites that use recaptcha I am not getting a response to sending information. An example is Big Fish games, I have partial access to the site, am able to buy games, download and play. But when I attempt to sign in to my actual account, the part where my credit card number, game points, etc are kept I put my user name & password in but when click on the "send" button nothing happens, no error message, nothing.

If I switch to that "other browser" from Seattle there is no problem - type in the user name and password, click on "send" and I'm in with no problem.

I've asked Big Fish support - they are pretty clueless.
