I have lost all bookmarks on a new laptop. Recently added C Cleaner and did a scan. That may have caused the problem. But, now I cannot recover the bookmarks, nor can I save new bookmarks. The version of Firefox on my android phone has the bookmarks. I can see them. But, I do not see a way to sync the devices and import the data to my laptop.

Please advise.

since the newest Firefox update, i got today (16.09.25), the audible cloudplayer doesnt work anymore, meaning it wont load the audiobook! I emptied the cache, but nothing changed. I tried the audible cloudplayer with Windows Edge and it works fine, so it is a Firefox specific problem. I granted all websides access to audio and media automatic replay, nothing changed. The cloudplayer doesnt work! So my question is: What else is interfering in Firefox with the loading of the player? Thank you so much in advance for your help :) Yours sincerely David

i have lost my Bookmarks folder and the bookmark function no longer works, since recently restarting. CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO RECOVER THE LOST BOOKMARKS OR HELP ME WITH THE ACT OF BOOKMARKING?

The MetaMask browser extension is extremely slow and unresponsive when used in Mozilla Firefox. Actions such as opening the wallet, switching networks, approving transactions, or interacting with dApps take a long time or freeze temporarily.

This issue occurs only in Firefox. MetaMask works smoothly and as expected on other browsers (for example, Chromium-based browsers) and all other websites and browser extensions load and function normally in Firefox. This suggests the problem is specific to the MetaMask add-on behavior within Firefox rather than general browser performance.

Lag while opening the extension

Poor user experience when interacting with dApps

I have tried so many times to reset my Mozilla Firefox account password to no avail, using my Account Recovery Key, which I stored in LibreOffice Draw on my computer. The so many times that I tried, the error that comes up is: "Invalid account recovery Key", no matter how many codes are sent for me to rest my password. Please, rectify the problem as to why a correctly stored 32 characters Account Recovery Key is not working for me to reset my password. Regards

I have lost my passwords on my desktop. I still have them on my mobile. I am currently logged on to Mozilla on my Desktop. If I log on to Mozilla on my mobile and select "Synch" how can II ensure that the mobile passwords replenish those on the Desktop and not vice-versa?

In version 146.0.1, or perhaps even earlier, I noticed that if you set a Primary Password to log in to the browser, you can reset it and log in simply by clicking the "Cancel" button. This allows you to access all of your user tabs and links. I hadn't noticed this before. It defeats the purpose of setting a Primary Password. I noticed similar issues in the Tor browser, but you can't set a Primary Password there at all, even though the feature is there, and it's built on the Fire Fox engine. Please fix this issue. No buttons should allow you to log in without entering the correct Primary Password.

My bookmarks have disappeared. The solutions do not seem to work. It may be due to Avast Secure Browser trying to take over. Will they come back if I uninstall that?

Hi, I’m facing an issue with Mozilla Firefox where some websites load very slowly, and sometimes pages don’t open completely or show loading forever.

I’ve already tried restarting the browser and checking my internet connection, but the problem still happens randomly. Other browsers seem to work fine on the same network.

Can anyone guide me on what could be causing this issue? Are there any Firefox settings, cache options, or add-ons I should check to fix this problem?

My Firefox Labs tab disappeared after the update. Instructions online point me towards enabling studies to access it again, yet my box for Studies was also greyed out. Which conflict setting could be the cause here?

windows 10 laptop output speakers are garbled like there is too much bass. Is there a setting in Firefox? My videos and posts from Facebook played clearly until I played a Facebook video of a guitar player and it was very, very heavy on the bass sound. Afterwards, my speaker output became garbled and not understandable. It's like there is too much bass now. I deleted and restarted so the Device reinstalled. Did nothing for the Sound. I tried right clicking on the speaker icon and did all the adjustments and reset to Microsoft suggested settings. Any other suggestions? Is there a special setting in Firefox to clear the voice and music coming out of speakers. This happened once before and cleared itself, It is happening again, but not clear now.

Although I remain logged in to sites and cookies show in DevTools, the cookies list in settings>privacy>Cookies_and_Site_Data>manage_data shows as empty, no cookies listed.

In troubleshoot mode, the same blank list. I haven't changed any settings. network.cookie.cookieBehavior is set to 1 I'm on windows 10 Home 22H2

The update to 147.0.1 seems to have caused it. Please advise.

I am having a problem with Firefox. Some websites do not load correctly and certain extensions do not work as expected.

HTTPS pages are no longer loading. Everything works fine in Microsoft Edge. I've reinstalled Firefox several times – the problem persists. Thank you very much for your help.
