Today, when I went onto Vanguard, at the top of page it said my browser is not supported. However, Firefox says it is "up to date." It had already been changed to 115.24.0esr, as my macbook uses 10.13.6 High Sierra. Firefox says I am good and supported until August 1, 2025, but I am still getting the non-support message on the Vanguard site. Who is right?

Lost notifications, chatbox ability and formatting for quick reply message box on a website I use daily. (https://escapefromreality.forumotion.co.uk/forum) Also lost the scrolling bar across the top of the page that took me to a particular place.

No other Firefox users there are having this issue. I don't know whether a Firebox update took place or what. I was off the computer for about 5 days and when I went back to the website I was having the issues. I was using Adblock but don't know if something happened with them or not, it had worked perfectly previously. I disabled the Adblock but still no change.

Recently I have not been able to route the audio to external (wired) speakers when streaming music. The audio comes through the computer just fine. I have also tested streaming music on other browsers and the audio does go to the external speakers without an issue.

How do i get the audio back to me external speakers?

When opening Dalle-AI this message is on the screen "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)". I don't know what to do.

I'm trying to install Firefox on my work computer (ARM64 version), but when I do I'm getting the crash report window at the end of the installation process (multiple times in a row), if I try to open the browser (only once), and during the uninstallation process (also multiple times in a row). I've tried a clean reinstall multiple times, including deleting the folders from program files, %APPDATA%, and all registry entries I could find (HKEY_CURRENT_USER>>SOFTWARE, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>>SOFTWARE, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>>SOFTWARE>>WOW6432Node).

I've contacted IT and they don't seem to think anything pre-installed should be affecting this. I'm unable to get a crash ID as I'm unable to even start the browser - all I get is the Firefox crash reporter, immediately. Is someone able to help me figure out why I can't get this working?

Hi good morning My name is Douglas and I am new to use this service I'm on my windows HP laptop and it asked me to create a Mozilla account as I could created my Mozilla account it accepted everything and then when I needed to change my information that I had already included in and it accepted when I went back to change that it blocked me out of my account I do not know how to get in to I don't know how to unlock my account can you please help me or show me how to unlock my account thank you very much it's greatly appreciated

Hello, I downloaded Firefox Nightly on my android smartphone some days ago and used it with Proton VPN and some antifingerprint commands of the browser panel. The first days were working properly, the last day was not working anymore with VPN, but I need to use it with my VPN. My VPN settings are the same that were before so the crushing problem is about the browser itself. Also tried disactivating browser extensions but nothing changed. I can't browse anything with VPN right now

I watched a video about blocking youtube ads on firefox. It said add adguard, ublock origin, and adblocker for youtube. When I tried to add adblocker for youtube, a screen came up saying it had to verify I was human. I clicked the box, but the screen kept coming back. Please let me know how I can add adblock for youtube. Or is there another way to block ads on youtube? Thanks, Frank

Have just had new Draytek 2927 router installed and FF (139.0.1) will not allow access to google.com nor to search via google. Google says "unusual traffic detected" and the Captchas never load. Typing a URL allows that website to open without issue. Is this issue with router or FF? Can access google.com via Chrome (which I have had to use to raise this query!) I am not using a VPN and only a UK language add on. Any help would be appreciated.

Trying to watch YouTube playlists but Firefox interrupts and displays a pop-up, stating that playback has been Paused. Why does it keep pausing?! I want it to play it on loop and I even tell YouTube to put it on loop. I can't find anything in settings that will allow me to stop Firefox from pausing my playback.
