Hey! We have been trying to get to the bottom of this problem in my company, but we ruled out everything else than Firefox itself. Periodically Firefox experiences an APPCRASH event for multiple users. It used on a Windows Server 2019 that is used as a Terminal Server. When this APPCRASH occurs even though the profile of the user is there, Firefox creates a brand new profile for the user and all the passwords and form data is lost. Browsing history is lost too, but that is not a problem. I've included some tracelog in the troubleshooting info field. Does anyone have any direction that I could go towards? Thank you!
