Retrieve settings after accidentally syncing my work and personal computers

After the most recent FireFox upgrade my personal computer settings were implemented on my work computer. I have removed the sync option but how to I get the old settings?

Sync wipes clean anything that was previous so unless you remove login your going to get the same issues here. And never use Work computer for personal as IT can see and go to any sites you use. And what do you mean old settings?
